The course aims to bring the realities of workplace to a safe environment for discussion.
As a start, all latecomers are ‘fired’, so don’t be late!
The session will help new members of the workforce understand better how their perception of work has changed since school days and how it will continue changing.
To cope with the shift in perception as well as expectations from the workplace, this course is a precursor to other areas of development that a young employee must go through.
As such, skills that benefit in long term are worth honing – networking effectively, building relationships and continually upgrading oneself.
Target audience: Alumni who have started working.
Light pre-work required.
