i) Submit a 2-page concise overview of your current business model or intended startups, 2-3 weeks before clinic.
ii) You may invite one of your existing/prospective business partners to attend the actual clinic with you.
iii) There will be 2x one-to-one review meetings after the clinic.

1) Craft your business idea and value propositions
2) Write or refine a business plan
(By addressing the key components of market size, competitive environment, opportunity, value creation, value proposition/offering, differentiators, financials/funds required, management team, advisors)
3) Pitch to investors
(Extension of the business plan but focus on messaging, marketing and addressing concerns/questions)
4) Develop a 90-day action plan
(With a quick high level 90-day action plan which will be reviewed on a monthly basis with the mentors)
5) Establish networks/connections for your business!
