Mr. Sebastian Heng has more than 15 years of senior management and consulting experience in the delivery of large scale enterprise systems with certification in PMP and Scrum Master. He is result-oriented and enjoys challenging the norms for process improvement. He is passionate in coaching and is actively involved in campus recruitment events.

In this workshop, we examine several Project Management methodologies and how the market adoption has evolved. We will also take a closer look at how human-centricity approach can be infused into these methodologies:
