This workshop will empower you to build knowledge on building personal resilience and practical stress management.
This workshop will equip you with the awareness on how to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress. Equip yourself with the skills to reduce the harmful effects of stress and up the positive impact on your personal growth. As you understand the different DISC behavioural profiles, tie this in with handles of stress management to identify highly targeted ways of managing your stress in your life.
• Identify and understand stressors and stress signals
• Learn to manage stress effectively and build resilience
• Develop an understanding of how the four basic personality styles deal with stress
• Use the strengths of your personality to overcome stress

Requirement: DISC online assessment 3 weeks before workshop. Please note there is an additional fee of$18 (UP $32) for the DISC assessment.

Lee Fong is also a certified Coach and Development Consultant with International Coaching Federation (ICF), Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA), The Institute for Motivational Learning (IML), USA (using DISC and PeopleKeys), The Leadership Challenge, Wiley, USA, and Zenger Folkman, USA.
